Water Soluble
There is no recommended use rate for this one topically, so we have been using 1% to 2% with great results. The oral instructions are suggested serving size of 500 mg taken twice daily, depending on individual needs. So we would not exceed this amount topically.
It dissolves very easily in water so can usually go right into a lotion or cream or gel without dissolving first. You would add between .3 gm and .6 gm (between 1/16th and 1/8th tsp) per every 1 oz or gm of cream.
